Arnold Schwarzenegger hasn’t been alone through all of his Hollywood success, as his five adorable children have also been him with him. Over the last several decades, The Terminator actor has been the most popular in entertainment, and people have recognized and appreciated his family of five.
Arnold first got married to Maria Shriver in 1986, and the couple had four children: Katherine Schwarzenegger, Christina Schwarzenegger, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Christopher Schwarzenegger. The couple remained in contact for a while and looked after their children until they parted ways in 2011.
After his separation from the American journalist, It was discovered that the A-lister’s father had a child 14 years before, a child that was named Joseph Baena. Although the situation caused some issues for the family of celebrities, Joseph couldn’t have fit more comfortably with Arnold’s oldest children.
A former governor of California candidly spoke about his dad’s experience during The Howard Stern Show in 2016. In the interview, Arnold said he negotiated the situation the best way possible to ensure the safety of his youngest son.
« [Joseph is] terrific and he totally understands, » he said. « So everything is working for the best … The situation is very difficult for Joseph. It’s an extremely difficult time for my children, a very difficult to my whole family. It was a difficult time for everyone. It’s happened, and now we need to find out why isn’t it? »
Because he effortlessly mingles the family he has, Arnold couldn’t be happier to be the father of his five children. If he’s riding around town with Patrick or celebrating one of his child’s amazing achievements, There’s no doubt that Arnold the Predator actor is a master as a loving father. He’s even talked regarding the « great father-son relationship » with Patrick.
« We also have a great friendship, » the former bodybuilder said to the magazine GQ Germany. « My idea was to make amazing kids. What I’m proudest about is how I was able to sort of showed him the proper method of doing things and he knew that he could get all the support in the world from me all the time, but he also had do his own thing. »
Katherine Schwarzenegger
Arnold Maria and Arnold Maria had their baby in December 1989. Additionally, Katherine is an author since there are three titles within her portfolio. She also holds an academic degree from the University of Southern California in 2012. Katherine is passionate about giving back, and she’s an ambassador for the American Society to Prevent Cruelty to Animals.

Two years after welcoming their first baby, Arnold and Maria had their second child, Christina, in July 1991. Christina graduated from Georgetown University and has certainly been a follower of her mother’s Hollywood success. In 2018 she and her mother made the Netflix documentary, Take Your Pills.
Christina is also assistant editor of Goop, the lifestyle brand launched by Gwyneth Paltrow.
Patrick Schwarzenegger
After having their two daughters Arnold Maria and Arnold, Maria finally got their first child, Patrick, in September 1993. Although Patrick is just in his 20s, he’s acting, modeling, and has even started his clothing brand.
Although he’s not in the big-time action films like his dad yet, Patrick has appeared in some notable films like Growing Ups 2., Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, and Midnight Sun.
Christopher Schwarzenegger, 22
Christopher was born in September 1997. He was the last child that Maria and Arnold were blessed with. Although the couple’s elder children were raised in the limelight, Chris is much more casual, as he has never had the showbiz profession. He has, however, appeared in numerous events together with family members.
On May 20, 2020, Arnold honored his son’s graduation from the University of Michigan. The University of Michigan with a unique tribute. « Christopher, you are a champion and I love you, » Arnold posted on Instagram. « Walking across the stage isn’t the only reason I am extremely proud of you. it’s your love for people and hard work, your determination as well as your critical thinking skills and your selflessness that makes me feel elated. I’m excited to see you climb higher and keep achieving. »
Joseph Baena
Following the time that Arnold and Maria separated, and it was revealed that the actor had given birth to a son with his home keeper Mildred Baena. Now, Arnold and Joseph are very close. The handsome athlete is influenced by his father’s passion for fitness, as he trains to become an elite bodybuilder.
Joseph graduated from California’s Pepperdine University in April 2019. Then, in May of 2021, Joseph began a new job in residential real estate. He’s currently working for Keller Williams Realty, selling houses in West L.A. and the Silicon Beach region. Joseph was proud to announce on July 13 that he had made the first home closing for a customer.
